Wojtek Ozimek
Partner in the studio, he is always a curious music nerd with a passion for creating cool stuff: music and art, but above great tech products people love. He was a host of the popular Polish podcast Produktowcy - for tech product managers and founder of Rokanan Group. Currently spends a lot of time with Tomek discussing audio innovations.

Ep2: Scaling R&D Team in Audio Startup
During this free webinar, we will meet with Kevin Molcard, the former R&D Director of the famous instrument-making company Arturia. He joined the company as a software engineer in 2007 and has created many of the famous Arturia virtual instruments people love around the world. In the end, he managed an R&D team of more than 70 people in hardware and software areas.
We will discuss this journey in the industry with Kevin and what to look at when scaling the R&D team in a growing company.
